Our Staff
Our staff are our greatest asset. High quality training is a vital part of ensuring that staff are equipped to work constructively with our young people. Our staff training and development manager is constantly seeking and arranging basic and advanced courses to meet our changing needs. Staff Retention
We have recently been re-appraised for the Investor in People award, and have passed with commendations. Staff turnover is much lower than the national average in the sector. Use of agency staff is extremely rare(4 times in 2005) to ensure our young people have a consistent team in their lives.
